Terms & Conditions

Slimerine is a handcrafted slime business based in Ontario, Canada. To purchase from us you must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout.

Our slimes are handmade in small batches. Because they are crafted by hand:

• infoColours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen calibration and natural dye variation.
• infoTexture and consistency may vary between batches — this is part of the handmade charm, not a defect.
• infoProduct photos are representative; you may receive a product that looks slightly different.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example if a product is out of stock or if we detect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order we will provide a full refund. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Prices are subject to change without notice but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Ontario customers will see 13% HST applied at checkout.

Please see our Shipping Info page for full details on processing times, carriers, and rates. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Slimerine is not responsible for carrier delays, lost parcels after successful delivery confirmation, or customs delays for international shipments.

Because slime is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. We want you to love your order, so:

• check_circleDefective or damaged products: If your order arrives broken, leaking, or clearly defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
• check_circleWrong item received: We'll make it right — contact us within 14 days.
• check_circleUnopened items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an unopened product. We'll provide a prepaid return label and refund the product price (not original shipping).

To initiate a claim, email hello@slimerine.ca with your order number and a photo.

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, photographs, and the Slimerine brand — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Slimerine's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer and have rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002), those rights are not affected by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
